These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Veltrix Tech website at veltrixtech.com and any services we provide to clients across USA, UK and Australia. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Veltrix Tech provides digital agency services including (but not limited to) web design, web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, branding and e-commerce solutions. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a signed statement of work or proposal.

2. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Most projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed milestone schedule.
• Late payments may incur reasonable fees and result in paused work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual licence (or full ownership, where specified) of all deliverables created for you. Veltrix Tech retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content and any access required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines or affect fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement strictly confidential. A separate NDA is available on request.

6. Warranties & Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (USA, UK and Australia included), our liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interrupt or bypass our security, scrape content for commercial use, or submit unlawful or misleading information through our forms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the specific Veltrix Tech entity contracting with you is registered. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, then by the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
